Personal data processing policy

In CONSTRUCCIONES DISEÑOS ESTUDIOS S.A. – CDE S.A. We know that your personal data is important and that is why we protect your privacy. To this extent, before continuing with the contact process, we invite you to read and accept the following document:

As part of the activities of updating data, contacting clients and users, as well as those aimed at maintaining adequate conditions of security and attention to our clients and in general for the development of the different activities carried out by the entity, it will be required the delivery of data such as name and email, as well as additional information aimed at validating the ownership of the data of those who use the contact tool through our website. The information collected will be incorporated into the entity's database in order to:

  1. Send information about activities carried out by the entity or send information that is considered of interest through various means.
  2. Carry out marketing activities for the entity's own services, customer knowledge management and verification or updating of information through any means.
  3. Comply with legal information obligations to administrative entities.
  4. Share it with third parties who collaborate with the entity and who must access the information to some extent to fulfill their functions. In any case, these entities and persons will also be subject to the same confidentiality obligations in the management of information to which the entity is subject, with the legal limitations imposed by the applicable laws on the matter in Colombia.

In accordance with current Colombian legislation, in particular the political constitution and law 1581 of 2012, the owners of personal data, their legal representatives or their successors in title have the right to: Know, update and rectify their personal data against the /the Persons Responsible for the Treatment or Persons in Charge of the Treatment. This right may be exercised, among others, against partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, misleading data, or those whose Processing is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized; Request proof of the authorization granted except when it is expressly excepted as a requirement for Treatment; Be informed by the Data Controller or the Data Processor, upon request, regarding the use that has been given to your personal data; Present complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of the law; Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees. The revocation and/or deletion will proceed when the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce has determined that the Treatment has incurred conduct contrary to the law and the Constitution; Access free of charge to personal data that has been processed once a month or whenever there are substantial modifications to the information processing policy that motivate new queries. For queries whose frequency is greater than once per calendar month, the entity may charge the Owner the costs of shipping, reproduction and, where applicable, certification of documents.

To exercise these rights, the owner of the information or his successors may contact the entity through the email cde.sistemas@gmail.com or through this same contact tool.

The request for deletion of data will apply as long as there is no contractual or legal relationship with the entity, and it may be kept in its files for statistical or historical purposes or to respond to requests from administrative or judicial authorities.
